Find answers to frequently asked questions about recruitment at IJS.

We hire year-round (as needed), recruiting both new graduates and experienced staff based on openings and project demand. Openings are posted in the Recruitment menu and major job portals.

The process proceeds in the following order: document submission → document screening → practical interview → executive interview → physical examination → treatment consultation → final acceptance, and some steps may be adjusted depending on the job.

Die design (CAD/CAM), machining (machining center, wire EDM), assembly/finishing, quality control, production management, and sales/administration — across the full automotive die process.
Both new graduates and experienced candidates are welcome. Related majors (mechanical engineering, die/mold, mechatronics) are preferred, but anyone interested in manufacturing and die-making is welcome regardless of major.
CAD/CAM skills (NX, CATIA, etc.), die/machining certifications, and experience in the auto parts/die industry are preferred.
Results for each stage are sent individually to the contact (email/SMS) provided in your application. Timing may vary depending on the recruitment schedule.

The work location is the headquarters (factory) in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the basic working schedule is 5 days a week.

Working hours: 07:50 am - 4:50 pm
